Lime is hiring a Quality Engineer to join our Quality team! In this role, you will report into the Design quality, production quality & supplier quality management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an E-bike/automobile industry. You will be a key role to manage the product quality continuous improvement , not only supplier quality , but also the design quality management.
The candidate must have the ability of problem solving methodology, and always think about Risk and the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.
What you'll do:
Problem solving from development stage to mass production.
Control plan building & implement the quality control during production period.
Support the supplier sourcing for quality assessment.
Manage & improve the suppliers’ quality performance for continuous improvement.
Regular audit the supplier quality for continuous improvement.
Manage ECN process during production period.
Project quality management to initiate the Quality Assurance Plan.
About you:
8+ years of experience in QE, covering design quality, production quality.
Bachelor or above degree in Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proficient in understanding the integration product development flow & quality language & tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of internal staff and vendors.
Bilingual in English is strongly preferred, Vietnamese & Chinese is a plus
Master the quality tools, 8D, FAI, CPK, PFMEA…
Passionate to work on the production field.
Ability to travel often to Cambodia & China & other Asian countries.
Familiar with Electronic product assembling
Ability to conduct failure analysis on both electronic parts & mechanical parts.
