Quality controller

Kepak Group is a leading meat producer with 15 manufacturing plants across Ireland and the UK. Our commitment to meat craft, trusted quality, and excellent service define our proud heritage. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Controller.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and food safety. You will work closely with our Technical Manager and other team members to maintain our high levels of quality control.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures, including HACCP and Bord Bia standards
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate standards to other team members
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate and follow through on issues
• Good administration skills, with experience using MS Office programs
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn

Previous experience in the meat industry is an advantage, but not necessary. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
