  • Reviewing Calls & Chats
  • Investigating and finding the weaknesses and strengths of support experts
  • Providing feedback and solutions to improve the performance of the support team
  • Training and preparation of support agents
  • Writing performance evaluation indicators and knowledge tree
  • Active presence and team collaboration with other projects
  • Providing useful solutions
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager of the unit

Requirements

  • Familiarity with computer and Excel and Word software
  • Familiarity with customer support KPIs
  • Familiarity with customer support quality control procedures
  • Familiarity with writing knowledge tree and CRM processes
  • Has strong communication skills and high public relations
  • Ability to convey concepts
  • Familiar with the principles of customer service
  • High accuracy in doing things Teamwork spirit flexible
