Role Purpose
This role is critical to ensure a smooth planning and execution of the daily Fulfillment Center (FC) activities including inbound, outbound, and inventory. The fulfillment team works hard to serve customers and support hundreds of deliveries every day. This role requires a team player with strong leadership skills, who is driven to get the job done, brings a positive attitude, meets company’s KPIs and strives to provide exceptional customer service. Strong people and distribution process management skills are essential.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Manage the Food Safety program from Supplier to Customer
- Lead, manage and mentor the Quality Assurance and Compliance team and ensure a productive and high-performance work environment
- Manage the Validation Program to ensure every standard and process designed are science based.

Ensure that all food safety and quality related issues are investigated and recommendations and corrective measures have been implemented and adhered to

Collaborate with all business segments, customers, suppliers and the AVA to ensure that quality focus remains a high priority in the organization
- Write various SOPs and ensure consistency across the different functions in operations
- Drive projects and processes to ensure compliance with the HACCP & hygiene standards and requirements
- Oversee and complete all Supplier quality/food safety questionnaires and audit

Qualifications needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in food science, microbiology or related field from accredited institution
- At least 5 years experience in quality or food safety managerial role
- Experience in food manufacturing processes (preferably cold chain related).
- Good data analytical skill
- Familiar with 7 basic quality tools
- Excellent with computer skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, WMS)
- Strong organizational and accuracy skills
- Ability to execute quality system programs & audits
- Familiar with FSSC22000 or other GFSI standard
- Good understanding of Singapore Food regulations
- Strong negotiation skills
