Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- Over 15 years of proven experience in designing and implementing quality assurance processes and testing strategies on large scale solutions.
- Over 15 years of proven experience in organizing large testing teams, coaching teams on agile practices, test automation, and continuous quality improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of CMMi/TMMi standards, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Proven experience in creating and implementing test automation frameworks, using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium.
- Concrete experience in defining and implementing testing strategies for large ServiceNow implementations, including Test automation.
- Experience in setting up CI process with DevOps team and regression test processes. Excellent knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on ServiceNow platform
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow applications design
- Excellent knowledge of business process analysis 3
- Excellent knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components.
- Experience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect).
