Quality Assurance Lead

Your mission:
The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead is responsible for managing QA processes and conducting QA evaluations for company’s Banking Operations department in relation to Nuvei Banking products and ensures that the product is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and adherence to the policy and procedure.  
In this role, the QA Lead develops effective and efficient methods, maintains documentation throughout the quality assurance process to achieve quality standards.  

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Perform daily quality reviews on all underwriting, monitoring, investigations standard operating procedures and processes for both natural and legal persons;
  • Provide regular feedback, corrective actions needed to the relevant personnel;
  • Work with the process owners to ensure all internal policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures appropriately reflect current processes and are aligned;
  • Coordinate and facilitate calibration/feedback sessions with the relevant business areas and stakeholders;
  • Clearly document and organize any identified control failures or gaps within internal policies, procedures or compliance controls as part of quality reviews and testings;
  • Prepare reports to management detailing results of reviews and verification procedures performed;
  • Lead control effectiveness testing and review processes with the support of a MLRO;
  • Support MLRO in the execution of the function’s oversight responsibilities.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in AML, compliance, risk management or sanctions compliance;
  • Good analytical skills and willingness to do precise and accurate routine work;
  • Strong knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience in interpreting and applying regulatory guidance;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to stakeholders;
  • Proficient English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal); 
  • High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.

Monthly salary from 2500 EUR (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.
