As our Quality Assurance Executive, you'll work hand in hand with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Regional Quality, Raw Material, and suppliers. Together, we'll elevate product quality to new heights and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your meticulous attention to detail will be invaluable as you maintain precise records of documentation and approvals, providing vital insights through comprehensive KPIs. You'll ensure each technical pack handed over to production is clear and ready for success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Risk Assessments: Thoroughly assess new product risks, ensuring timely mitigation.
• Development Follow-Up: Monitor product development to prevent quality and manufacturing issues.
• Raw Material Bulk Validation: Manage testing to ensure raw materials meet Gymshark standards.
• Critical Operations: Identify key manufacturing operations requiring quality control.
• PPS Sealing: Oversee PPS validation process for conformity.
• Pre-Production Meeting: Coordinate meetings and communicate quality checkpoints.
• Claim Management: Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related claims promptly.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant field.
• Experience in sporting apparel quality assurance.
• Deep knowledge of textile materials, garment construction, and quality control processes.
• Strong understanding of athletic apparel testing standards and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Experience in fabric testing and evaluating test reports

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
