Description
The QA Team Member is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and functionality of eLearning solutions, including web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), and mobile learning content. They will perform manual and automated testing to ensure compliance with industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, including functionality, design consistency, and user experience.
Conduct manual and basic automated testing of WBT, ILT, and mobile learning courses.
Ensure adherence to industry compliance standards such as SCORM, AICC, and WCAG/Section 508.
Validate content on different Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compatibility and functionality.
Identify, document, and report defects using tools like Jira or other defect-tracking software.
Support accessibility testing to ensure courses meet inclusion standards.
