We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our team and work on IT Equity Derivatives projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in executing test plans and be interested in evolving to a Business Analyst role.
Role and responsibilities
- Ensure tasks/projects are organized and prioritized
- Ensure deliverables are scheduled and done on time
- Ability to context switch between multiple tasks
- Good communicator, who must be able to coordinate with multiple teams to meet various task objectives
- Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and complete work-flows and technical requirements analysis
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for software testing (manual and automated testing.
- Maintain and improve software testing and developing scripts for automation and detailed analysis

- Bachelor degree in Computer science, Engineering, Finance or Quantitative finance
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of financial markets for Equities / Futures
- Understanding of market protocols (Binary and FIX Protocols)
- Knowledge of Python to maintain and improve software testing and developing scripts for automation and detailed analysis
- Working knowledge on Linux
- Excellent analytical skills and capable of understanding complex workflows and distilling the knowledge to various stake holders.
- Knowledge of regulatory topics (SEC/FINRA guidelines and rules) and impacts to trading technologies is a plus
- Able to communicate timelines and milestones
The salary range for this role is US$80,000 - US$125,000
