Global Demo org is a newly created function that creates outcome/solution-based demos. We help our Solution Consultants and Partner ecosystem drive sales by providing them with the necessary narratives to do a demo as part of the sales cycle
Quality Analyst – Demo Engineering is about to embark on several strategic transformation efforts, including reimaging solution-based demos that span multiple products and solve a business problem.
We seek a Quality Analyst, Demo Engineering, to improve quality of our demos. Duties include testing product and solution-based demos to guarantee they are defect free and fulfill the quality standards. Developing and executing test plans to make sure all objectives are met.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving skills.
Over 2+ years of dedicated experience in enterprise software, demonstrating proficiency in roles such as Test Analyst, Business Analyst, and Software Developer.
Familiarity with ServiceNow products is advantageous, particularly with SecOps, GRC, IATM and ServiceNow ATFs.
Possesses programming skills and a keen aptitude for continuous learning and professional development.
Proficient in translating complex technical solutions into comprehensive test cases.
Demonstrates insight and foresight in automating testing processes at scale.
Exhibits meticulous attention to detail, challenges conventional norms, and sets high standards for quality assurance.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Capable of managing high-pressure workloads, especially during peak release cycles.
Skilled in multitasking with efficiency and adaptability.
