VETERINARY NURSE - LINCOLN VETERINARY CENTRE
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our busy team at Lincoln Veterinary Centre on a casual basis.
We are a well-equipped clinic with a lovely team, made up of 6 Veterinarians, 9 Vet Nurses. Our clinic is well equipped - including full in-house laboratory capability (IDEXX) and digital radiography (including dental). A wide range of surgical procedures are performed, including complex soft tissue surgeries and orthopedics.
As a Veterinary Nurse at Lincoln Veterinary Centre, you will be working alongside very knowledgeable Vets, which means that we have an interesting and varied case load! Our Nurses are responsible for surgical admission & preparation, surgical operation, anaesthetics, post-operative care, out-patient care and client education including puppy classes. We carry out an array of tasks, including blood collection and placing catheters.
In addition, our Nurses rotate between the hospital, surgery, consulting and reception duties and the role is incredibly varied and will provide you with enough challenges to help in your development but also in your success as a nurse!
