Role: QE Architect

Location: Morris Plains,NJ/Austin, TX/Memphis, TN(Hybrid)
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineering Architect with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing quality engineering strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services across the entire software development lifecycle.
 
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
·       Develop and maintain an end-to-end quality engineering framework that encompasses all phases of the software development lifecycle.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design robust testing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
·       Architect and implement automated testing solutions for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
·       Define and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in product quality and release readiness.
·       Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing efforts and enhance efficiency.
·       Provide technical guidance and mentorship to quality engineering teams to foster skill development and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
·       Conduct regular reviews and assessments of testing processes and procedures to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
·       Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality engineering practices into the CI/CD pipeline and promote a culture of quality ownership.
·       Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in quality engineering and recommend innovative solutions to enhance testing capabilities.

Qualifications:
·       Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated testing solutions using industry-leading tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
·       Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
·       Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
·       Experienced working in an Agile delivery model with global teams
