We are looking for a passionate QA Specialist with good understanding of the gaming industry, product, and technology to join our team.

What we do

  • VAIX creates deeply integrated and powerful corporate AI solutions, enabling B2C operators to utilize the power of machine learning for their customers and operations.
  • We are building a wide range of Machine Learning algorithms; domain-specific Recommendation engines, human behavior predictive models, vision-based object and action detection modules, and Natural Language Processing model.
  • Receive/store/transform hundreds of Gigabytes/tens of millions rows of data per day.
  • Process hundreds of API requests per second from customers and respond back with low latency.

Who we are looking for

  • QA & test KPI-driven with proven ability to analyse and improve test cases, testing methodologies and processes. Willingness to learn new tools & processes.
  • Drive to pro-actively build & monitor the Vaix services, product and features. Willingness to bridge and help solve issues hands-on with other contributors.
  • Creative thinker and experienced at understanding and rating issues/bugs by technical, product & commercial priorities.
  • Internally-driven and taking ownership with strong communication skills, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, product, operational or technical roles a plus.
  • Experience in in Online Casino or Sports betting a plus
  • Good knowledge of casino and sportsbook suppliers and platforms a plus.
  • Good level of English in both spoken and written form. Other languages a plus.
  • Passionate about learning/exploring new areas of technology and Domain.
  • Experience & flexibility of working in international & large scale teams across regions & time zones.

The challenge

  • Prepare, execute and review test cases for small/ medium/large size features, products and capabilities, and track defects to closure to ensure that the functionalities go live with highest quality.
  • Analysing requirements and identifying gaps, getting clarifications in case of any ambiguity, and make sure the requirements are well understood.
  • Prepare & prioritize test cases relevant for the feature built, and implement review feedback.
  • Perform test cases reviews.
  • Execute test cases and do exploratory testing to uncover bugs.
  • Logging defects in Git, Jira or any other system, and tracking them to closure.
  • Publishing test results reports and status updates at desired intervals.
  • Coordinate with teams like Tech/Product to support QA, user acceptance and compliance testing.
  • Automate test cases.
  • Update test cases based on the bugs found after the release.
  • Constantly review/QA/UAT features, in existing and new ways, finding where things break down, report and help solving issues hands-on with other contributors.
  • Provide great B2B customer service through active listening to customers, apply consultative methodologies and solve integration pain points within agreed SLAs.
  • If asked, take ownership of customer-facing QA/UAT work, via strong communication, time management and project & process organization.
  • Overall responsibility for your customers and products. Be your customers’ (products’) champion.
