foodora is now expanding rapidly in Europe and in selected countries around the world. QA Senior Test Automation Engineer (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Automated testing of web and mobile applications while working close together with our manual QA team
- Develop automated scenarios/scripts using Cucumber (for web applications) and Calabash (for mobile applications)
- Optimize existing test cases to get more stability and efficiency
- Run automated functional tests as well as performance and load tests
- Analyze automated test results and report bugs to responsible employees
- Support the test automation team during the whole development process (starting from the analysis of requirements up to the integration of automated test cases into the CI system (Jenkins)
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in software test automation.
- Required experience with Ruby and Cucumber/Calabash
- Additional optional experience with Gherkin, Selenium or similar tools/frameworks and programming languages like Python, PHP, JAVA or similar programming languages
- Experience with source code controls like SVN, GIT, CVS
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Delivery
- Experience in Agile Methodologies like Scrum and Kanban or extreme programming
- Fluency in speaking & writing English skills
- ISTQB certification (nice to have)
