QA/QC Site Engineer

We are currently looking for a QA/QC Site Engineer to join our Construction team for our M Power Projects in EU/UK. As a QA/QC Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to implement and maintain quality control procedures. Your attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for construction projects
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Monitor and document all aspects of the construction process, including materials, equipment, and workmanship
• Identify and address any non-conformances or deviations from quality requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality matters
• Track and analyze quality control data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Assist in the development and implementation of QA/QC training programs for employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a QA/QC role within the construction/energy industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Proficient in conducting inspections and tests according to industry standards
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with quality management systems and tools
