Job Requirements:

  • Medical Background (MBBS Degree required from a reputed institute)
  • We kindly ask that candidates who aren't holding an MBBS degree to refrain from applying for this position.
  • Excellent English Listening & Comprehension skills
  • Data Analysis and report preparation 
  • Experience in Transcription (will be an added advantage)
  • Typing speed of 40-50 wpm
  • Strong motivation and drive to achieve the set target go beyond the scope of his/her duties and excel in the given field 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly and carefully listen, comprehend, and then transcribe the entire conversation.
  • Appropriately identify and then classify the conversation into the allocated tiers as per instruction.
  • Learn new tools and technologies as necessary to follow team workflow and accomplish annotation tasks.
  • Learn the methodology and work with any new software provided to the team and understand how to process any files with that new software. Conduct Training sessions for the Annotation Specialists on how to use the new software. 
  • Maintain ownership of each annotation assignment and respond to any changes in procedure & process.
  • Check, correct, and analyze the data completed by the Annotation Specialists.
  • Conduct Training on English Language and Medical Terminologies to improve the skills of the Annotation Team to process ASR corrections more efficiently. Need to be able to explain medical terminologies in simple language to the Annotation Specialists.
  • Collaborate with Project leads to ensure that the Annotation Team meets project requirements.
  • Create, organize, and compile a series of reporting analytics as requested by the Manager. 
  • Evaluate the performance of the Annotation specialists based on certain criteria and prepare a monthly Performance Review.

Employment Status:

  • Contractual (6 Months) with the possibility of becoming Full Time based on performance

  • Work Shift: Day (on-site)
  • Work Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
