Role Overview:
Step into a pivotal role as a QA Manager at Kamino Retail, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance our dynamic team. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Managers to capture and understand all projects requirements
- Be in charge of test planning, design, implementation, execution and reporting
- Implement and maintain test automation
- Monitor and reporting of quality metrics
- Be responsible of Defect tracking
- Evangelize best practices in process and tools usage to improve efficiency of QA team alignment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing
- Experience in Web Application and API testing with QA tools like: JIRA/XRAY, Playwright, Postman
- Good understanding of software test methodologies, tools and processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- ISTQB certification is required
