What We're Looking For:
· Experienced QA Engineer: We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
· Responsibility: The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. The role plays an important part in our company’s product development process.

Your Role:
· Quality Control: Partner with development and BA teams to ensure overall quality control.
· Test Case Creation: Craft comprehensive USE CASES and TEST CASES as well as the full contingent of requirement project documentation during the life cycle of a project.
· Determine testability: Review requirement specifications, identify gaps, determine testability and testing implications.
· Communication: Communicate/collaborate with developers & BA to provide updates on going QA support.
· Best Practices: Maintain solid understanding of software testing best practices, methodologies and terminology.
· Expert Guidance: Provide expert knowledge of testing and establish testing procedures, standards, and processes.
· Automation: Develop a close understanding of existing automation frameworks and continue to ensure timely delivery, while meeting the defined standards on mandatory and critical projects and work towards improving these standards in an ongoing basis.
· Test Frameworks: Write testing automation scripts using testing frameworks (i.e. Cucumber)
· Test Packs: Review/create regression Test Packs and ensure tests are maintained in wiki with appropriate details.
· Release Testing: Manage and coordinate the testing effort for regular software releases, and build.
· Bug Tracking: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
Please Note: This is a hybrid position and will require at least 2 days in the office per week. Successful candidates will need to complete a background check.
