- Have relevant education in QA field and/ or have passed a basic course
- Are collaborative and solution-focused
- Can not only identify a problem but also figure out the root cause of it
- Take creative approach in solving technical problems
- Are able to prioritize issues based on severity
- Speak and write in English fluently

- Having some previous experience in manual testing and design test flows for automated testing (6 months – 1 year)
- Having experience with databases
