Job Overview : We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst with (4 - 8 years)  of experience to join our dynamic team. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in manual and automation testing. You will collaborate closely with our development teams to identify issues, report defects, and assist in maintaining a high level of software quality.

Responsibilities:

1.Test Planning: Assist in creating and maintaining test plans and test cases based on project requirements.

2. Test Execution: Execute test cases, identify defects, and accurately report issues to the development team.

3. Test Automation: Collaborate with senior QA team members to automate test cases using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.

4. Regression Testing: Maintain and run regression test suites to ensure that new code changes do not introduce regressions or break existing functionality.

5. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure the early detection of issues and facilitate rapid software delivery.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product owners to understand project requirements and provide feedback during the development process.

7. Quality Assurance Processes: Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, agile methodologies, and best practices within the organization.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Java/JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with Playwright/Selenium for test automation.
  • Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured).
  • Understanding of agile methodologies - Scrum and Kanban
  • Proactive communication , risk analysis .
  • Sense of accountability , ownership to ensure planned features are delivered within global quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge on PlayWright/Selenium
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Basic understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
