As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you will work directly with our QA Manager and the rest of the team to ensure our innovative telehealth platform delivers a seamless and error-free experience to our users.

We are looking for someone to assist our QA team in various roles over the summer.
- Assist in the design and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in the software.
- Work closely with the development team to understand product changes and their impact on the user experience.
- Help design and run QA meetings, contributing to a culture that focuses on delivering high-quality software.
- Participate in the troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Support the coordination and execution of user acceptance testing.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for improving testing processes and strategies.
- Gain exposure to various aspects of a fast-growing startup, including product development, customer support, and sales and marketing.
Requirements
