Become a QA Engineer in Bloomreach! Help us to ensure the quality of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) platform. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of customers in the online space. The salary range starts at 1800€ gross / month along with the restricted stock units and other benefits. You can work in one of our Central Europe offices or from home on a full-time basis, you’ll become a part of the Engineering Team.

Your job will be to:

Perform quality assurance efforts on application during its lifecycle

  • Manual testing of Bloomreach Engagement application features 
  • Working within the project team to deliver the agreed scope of work
  • Collaborate within the project team to understand product changes and testing requirements to deal with issues in a timely manner

Ensure a platform meets the established standards of quality

  • Cooperation within the QA Team to revise test scenarios
  • Perform regular regression testing
  • Satisfy release deliverables and other quality assurance responsibilities

Maintain current set of automated tests

  • Regular monitoring and debugging of existing automated E2E test pipelines
  • Regular evaluation of pipeline results and reporting of any issues connected to their runs
  • Continuously reassessing the scope of the automated regression test suite

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will get a feel for how we work
  • In 90 days, you will be fully participate on common QA Team responsibilities
  • In 120 days, you will be able to work on projects independently
  • In 210 days, you will be able to own a specific application area in terms of knowledge

You have these qualities and experience:

  • Professional - professional experience in Quality Assurance, knowledge of the fundamental concepts of software testing
  • Personal - goal orientation, independence, communicative English, passion for technologies

Professional experience

  • Professional experience in quality assurance is a big advantage 
  • A solid understanding of basic software testing concepts is essential 
  • Passion for learning new technologies is required
  • A background in technology or customer service is beneficial 
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Git, and GitLab is highly advantageous
  • Experience with any testing framework is required, as we believe skills in other frameworks will facilitate a quick adaptation to Robot Framework

Personal qualities

  • Independence and self-organization to navigate you through different situations to achieve goals
  • Communicative English for ability to communicate within international teams
