QA Engineer

BigChange is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging issues, and tracking quality assurance metrics.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our development and product teams to review requirements and provide feedback. You will create comprehensive test plans and test cases, and execute both manual and automated tests. You will also analyze test results, identify and track bugs, and work with the development team to resolve them.

We are looking for candidates with a strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases is essential. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium WebDriver and C#, is also required. An understanding of SQL and scripting, as well as experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, is highly desirable.

Requirements

    • Test Automation Development experience with C# and Selenium 
    • Familiarity with the Scrum methodology and Agile principles 
    • Capability to contribute to test planning and strategizing efforts based on the Scrum requirements 
    • Experience integrating automated test suites into the CI/CD pipeline 
    • Ability to ensure automated tests are efficiently executed as part of the development process
