QA Commercial Operations Intern

In the Commercial Operations team we are looking for an QA Commercial Operations Intern to help us drive internal effectiveness and improve operations and efficiency in the Commercial team.

Reporting to the QA Commercial Operations Team Manager, you will be part of a team of 8 whose mission is to help accelerate growth in the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales and Customer Success)

Your mission within Kantox 

• Prepare and send Monthly Balances/Recalculations
• Monthly Sales Competition Reporting/Slides
• Refund Request Creation
• Create documentation of internal processes
• Support Onboarding and Offboarding of Sales
• Becoming a proficient user of Salesforce
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders from other teams to optimise/execute internal processes (Finance, Compliance, Legal, Middle Office, Sales, Customer Success)
• CRM Data entry and updating to ensure data quality and consistency across the commercial organisation

Who you are

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or similar disciplines
• Comfortable with handling large amounts of data
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Very precise and detail-oriented
• Ability to work with sensitive information
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to learning and improving
• Fluent in English
