As a QA Automation Team Lead, you’ll lead the automation development strategy & coverage, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases. You'll guide a talented QA automation team, build and maintain automation frameworks, and drive continuous improvement in our automation efforts and processes. How will you contribute?

As a QA Automation Team Lead, you will oversee the development and execution of automation strategies, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, efficient test solutions. You’ll manage and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. By setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks, and streamlining processes, you will drive testing efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and ensure that automation efforts align with overall project objectives, contributing directly to the success of product releases.



Requirements

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful? 

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of QA automation engineers
  • Experience in prioritizing automation coverage and creating coverage visibility
  • At least 3 years of experience as a QA automation engineer
  • Experience with OOP, design patterns
  • Experience with building automation projects from scratch
  • Experience with CI/CD processes (Github/Jenkins)
  • Experience with AWS services & AI services - advantage 
  • Experience with Selenium, WebdriverIO, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with Mocha, Jasmine, or other test frameworks
  • Experience in QA & Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good understanding of API requests
