The Role
As a Software QA Engineer, you have the opportunity to make a difference in our clients, the community, and within yourself.

Your Responsibilities
● Coordinate with the Clients and follow their test automation activities and processes, from planning, execution, reporting, and maintenance.
● Assess and review the technology and framework to ensure that test automation scripts are effective and efficient.
● Work with Software Development and Manual QA teams to ensure new functionalities and changes to existing functionalities are covered.
● Create, manage and review test automation scripts.
● Focus on continuous test automation enhancements and identify areas of improvement.
● Implement steps and strategies to improve test automation practices.
● Gather and present test automation metrics for the projects to key stakeholders.
● Identify and develop innovative test automation frameworks
About You
You are/have: (required skills needed)
Educational Requirements:
Qualifications:
● Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related course
● QA experience with complex software applications and systems
● Experience in creating and executing test plans across different test phases
● Experience in creating test reports and interpreting them to be used for future improvements
● At least 3 years of experience in Test Automation
● Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
● Experience in performing User Acceptance Testing is preferred
● Experience in Agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
● Ability to understand the business value of a system in order to create and execute detailed test scenarios
● Strong sense of ownership and pride in the quality of work
● Excellent problem-solving skills
● Team player, self-motivated, good communicator, driven, and committed
