QA Analyst (Configuration Management)- 4674

 We are creating a QA Analysis team (REMOTE) with IT professionals with 4 years of experience in IT field, most of them in QA.

Job Responsibilities:

Configuration Management (mandatory)

    • Preparation of extended configuration files (xls, xlsx) for deployment following database rules
    • Testing the deployed configurations in lower environments
    • Modification of configuration files in case of errors
    • Configuring the procedure within the application Interface
    • Import and export of data

Test Planning and Design:

    • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
    • Design and implement test strategies for new features and enhancements.

Test Execution:

    • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on web and mobile applications.
    • Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.

Defect Management:

    • Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
    • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.

Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure that software products meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
    • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities.

Documentation:

    • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
    • Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel is a prerequisite
  • Capability of working in an international / multicultural environment.
  • Experience in testing information systems business processes (finance, procurements and accounting) in private and/or public institutions.
  • Good knowledge of quality procedures.
  • Good expertise with different types of testing
  • Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
  • Good knowledge of analysis and its techniques
  • Good knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, Teams, SharePoint and collaborative sites.
  • Experience of working in an agile environment.
  • Good knowledge of information systems lifecycle.
