QA Agent System Manager (Cortex XDR)

Your Career

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled QA Manager to lead our team in conducting non-functional testing, including system, compatibility, regression, and longevity testing. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our product and services by developing and implementing effective quality control processes. 

You will work closely with development teams to identify defects and address issues, as well as provide guidance and leadership to a team of QA engineers and analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of non-functional testing methodologies and tools, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Our product is advanced endpoint security software - identifying an attacker's techniques before any malicious activity could successfully run, which enables us to prevent many types of cyber-attacks, including zero-day attacks.

Your Impact

• Leadership - Lead, recruit, and inspire a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective non-functional testing
• Strategy Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive non-functional testing strategies that align with project goals and customer expectations
• Test Planning - Create detailed test plans, specifying the scope, objectives, and methodologies for regression, compatibility, and longevity testing
• Compatibility Testing - Ensure software compatibility across various platforms, browsers, and devices to deliver a seamless user experience
• Longevity Testing - Develop and maintain test scenarios that evaluate the system's stability and reliability over extended periods
• Metrics and Reporting - Establish and monitor key performance metrics for non-functional testing, providing regular reports to stakeholders on test results, progress, and any potential issues
• Process Improvement - Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends

Your Experience

• Proven experience in a QA leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks and practices (Python - preferable)
• Experience in Endpoint security industry - is a big advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
