Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
Participate in software architecture decisions, ensuring the design aligns with business requirements and technical standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop features, and integrate systems.
Create and maintain Docker containers for development, testing, and production environments.
Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in software development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the software, ensuring stability and reliability.
Write clear and concise documentation for code, architecture, and processes.
4+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong foundation in software engineering principles and architecture.
Extensive experience with Python as the primary programming language.
Proficiency in Docker for containerization and experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes is a plus).
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, C++..).
Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions) and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and test automation.
Experience working in with data transformations (pandas, spark, arrow).
