Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement novel machine learning algorithms and AI models
- Create scalable, efficient, and robust code for our AI/ML applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute unconventional solutions
- Continuously explore and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data science/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Proven experience in machine learning and AI development
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and approach problems from unique angles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for sponsorship
- Work remote in Arkansas
