Purchasing operations-
- Monthly release WH and DS Orders to Offtake partners and document PO acceptance in timely manner
- Update the order confirmations in Syteline for each WH order cycle and DS
- Follow-up for deliveries against purchase orders and shipments status to ensure timely availability of Offtake products
- Create POs in SAP for DS and keep the vendor master and price master data in SAP updated
- Update Syteline data for any revision / change in shipment schedule for WH or DS orders
Reporting and documentation-
- Monthly reporting on tires prices based on Raw Material development
- Prepare MIS and reports to keep a track on Offtake KPIs
- Supplier's performance reports for delivery accuracy and operational execution
- Coordinate for weekly "Management Information Report" and coordinate with supplier for quality of contents in data
- Keeps all the processes, data and reports available at central sharepoint
Contract and document compliance-
- Create and maintain contract tracker to ensure audit compliance documentation
- To keep the tracker maintained for PCoC, NDAs, QAA and updated as per latest release to comply audit guideline
Supplier Interface-
- Support Product Development activities with offtake partners
- Support on Quality related topics in dealing with suppliers
- Support as an interface for SCM/Marketing requests on urgent deliveries or prioritization etc.
- Represent operational topics in weekly supplier meetings
- Coordinate with suppliers on monthly forecast and demand planning related requirement
General-
- Continuously improve the area of responsibility (operational efficiency, scope, etc.)
- Ensure implementation and following of defined processes and procedures
- Ensure usage and retainment / documentation of relevant knowhow in area of responsibility
- Understand the cultural differences and act on country/situation specific while dealing with suppliers from different countries
University degree in Engineering (+MBA preferred)
