Rogue Recruitment is looking for a Purchasing/Materials Manager to join a very stable process engineering company here in the Tulsa, OK area. This is a direct hire, onsite career opportunity paying around $95K-$115K/yr, depending on overall experience and qualifications.
Requirements:
- This position requires extensive experience (7-10+ years) purchasing for a gas processing plant (specifically purchasing fabrication shop consumables such as: structural & plate steel, pipe, flanges, nozzles, fittings, etc.).
- Looking for solid experience (ideally 7-10+ years) in ASME code pressure vessel fabrication, with at least 5+ years in a supply chain management role.
- To be successful in this role, this person must have a firm understanding of the manufacturing build sequence for process plants and ASME code vessels.
- Additionally, this person needs to have a solid understanding of piping elements such as elbows, flanges, tees, weld-o-lets, manual valves, and grades of materials.
- This position currently has 2 direct reports (Buyers) they will oversee & manage. 5+ years of previous management experience is required.
