About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team as a Purchasing Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled procurement or business professional to take  a leadership role within our international company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take a hands-on approach to procurement, supplier negotiations, and project management.

• Participate in strategic procurement planning and cost optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with business goals.

• Respectfully collaborate with the existing purchasing team.

• Take on leadership responsibilities, including team management and process improvements.

• Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude towards operational challenges.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet suppliers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in procurement, category management, supply chain, or a related business position.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

• Hands-on management style with the ability to oversee daily operational tasks.

• Experience in an international environment is a plus.

• Fluent in both English and Bulgarian; additional languages are an advantage.

• Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic work conditions.

• High level of honesty, fairness, and loyalty to the employer.
