C.W. Hayden is seeking a Purchasing Clerk, to be based in the Auburn office.
Requirements of the Purchasing Clerk:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement preferred, not required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute to the Auburn office, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities of the Purchasing Clerk:
- Responsible for Purchase Order Management, to include purchase order generation, and ensuring accuracy in pricing, parts, and quantities.
- Vendor relations and returns, including capturing and submitting damage claims for inventory returns.
- Customer service regarding returns and Return Merchandise Authorizations.
- Receiving and Inventory Management, to include investigation of any issues, and processing paperwork for inventory returns.
- Managing tool repairs by creating special orders and generating PO’s.
