We motivate people to act, leading to results that foster local economic development, environmental stewardship, and social responsibility. By 2025, we aim to serve 100,000 LMI households annually, reduce their utility costs by $270 Million and Carbon emission by 1.5 million tons, create 2,000 sustainable jobs, and invest over $100 Million in local communities.

Position Overview:
The Purchasing Agent III will be responsible for all aspects of purchasing for assigned territories, including but not limited to the development of a stable of trusted sub-contractors, performing virtual site walks, soliciting and evaluating bids, and selecting/awarding contractors. The Purchasing Agent III will also be responsible for ensuring that ICAST procurement policies and procedures are kept up to date in alignment with Federal & State procurement guidelines and rules and that all related and required documentation for ICAST and its subcontractors is maintained. Additionally, the Purchasing Agent III will provide training & guidance regarding procurement policies and procedures to other purchasing agents and related ICAST staff.

Travel: Some limited travel may be required based on the needs of the organization.
Reports to: Director of Vendor Relations & Purchasing
Skill Level: Advanced
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
Areas of Expertise: Purchasing, Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, SoW Development, Change Order Processes
Compensation: $70k DOE
