Following the expansion of our publisher network, we are seeking a collaborative, driven, and creative Publisher Development Manager to drive and manage an exciting portfolio of non-editorial Publisher prospects. You'll be passionate about selling and excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, you will use your expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new customers including some of the largest publishers in the US, UK, EU, and APAC. Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and acquire new premium non-editorial publishers, managing a sales process through highly proactive prospect engagement in line with the Publishers’ long-term strategic objectives
  • Find & research potential customers to suit current and future business models within the performance marketing industry
  • Develop strategic plans for your prospect portfolio to drive revenue growth, deliver on KPIs, and achieve operational excellence.
  • Have the confidence & ability to be creative while using your initiative to create new ideas for marketing and sales
  • Identify opportunities to align our current or potential product offerings with the goals and themes of top-tier publishers
  • Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal groups to improve and enhance product offerings.
  • Attend tradeshows/conferences to evangelise our value proposition to new and existing clients.


Requirements

  • Sales management experience with a proven track record within a structured sales environment
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating, relationship building and consultative selling
  • Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, and online publishing industry
  • Understanding of CPC and CPA cost models, as well as CSS and PLAs; and KPIs associated with Publisher ecosystem (revenue per redirect, revenue per session, conversion, cost of sale, etc.)
  • Strong analytic, quantitative and technical aptitude with great attention to detail
  • Drive to help publishers find growth opportunity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting to all levels of the business
  • Self-motivated, driven, flexible and adaptable with a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Salesforce/Microsoft Office/Google Suite

This position is hybrid (3 days / week) and based in our London (Aldgate) office.
