At Crumbl, our mission is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world. As part of the Partnerships team, you will coordinate a variety of national-level partnerships which may include product, brand, and talent. You will be responsible for managing the logistics, communications, and fulfillment needs of the partnerships team. Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, your main goal will be protecting and enhancing Crumbl’s reputation, driving awareness, and growing brand sentiment across all platforms through partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the point of communication for external partners
Understand legal agreements and ensure that all cross-team activations comply with said agreements (i.e. messaging, legal insignias, disclaimers, visual guidelines, etc)
Build relationships with partners, which may include influencers, as needed
Conduct research and analysis when vetting potential partners
Liaise with other HQ departments as needed to fulfill partnership responsibilities
Work with the Marketing Project Manager to fulfill partnership campaigns, including gathering marketing materials for partner approval
Work with various teams to fulfill partnership deliverables
Coordinate co-branded dessert approvals
Negotiate costs and deliverables
Fulfill product delivery needs as required (i.e. sending desserts, PR boxes, swag, etc)
Occasional travel may be needed
Occasional event attendance outside of regular business hours
Provide support to other teams within the PR department when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in related fields.
Excellent communication and personal relations skills.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to change direction when needed.
Ability to work under stress and in a demanding environment.
