Psychiatry Scheduling Coordinator (Hybrid)

As the Psychiatry Scheduling Coordinator for the Patient and Provider Support Team, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our patients via phone, email and chat, ensuring they’re able to get psychiatric care.

This is a full-time hourly position with a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our Tulsa office and 2 days in a virtual home office.  The hours are 11am - 8pm CST. 

What you’ll do

• Work directly with our patients with exceptional customer service skills to support a high volume of incoming and outgoing inquiries via phone, email, and chat while working in a fast-paced environment and being adaptable to change
• Enroll our patients in psychiatric services and work with our teams to create a seamless patient experience 
• Effectively utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to resolve any patients issues and support distressed patients
• Be a strong communicator, multitasking team player, and tech guru in order to provide coordination of care 

What you’ll bring 

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or mental health field
• One-plus year of customer experience 
• Proficiency in Google Suite, and EHR/EMR experience, AdvancedMD preferred
• Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods while sitting at a desk
• Access to a private workspace that complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy guidelines
• A self-starter attitude, with a passion to grow, learn, organize and create in service to improving mental health care
