THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

The Professional Services Team’s mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. You will be part of a fast growing global Operational Excellence Team, motivated and self-driven individuals working to provide greater efficiencies to the Professional Services team by working on templates, processes, and key initiatives. ROLE:

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Operations Specialist for our Professional Services department. You will be reporting to the Manager, Professional Services - Operation Excellence and will be involved in the process and enablement of the product on the customer platform.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of new processes, tools, and frameworks to support the transformation agenda of our professional services.
  • Providing analytical and research support to the Operation Excellence team as needed for audit or proactive analysis.
  • Finding new ways to streamline our work and ensure that improvements are fully operationalized across regions.
  • Creating visual decks documenting standard work documents, operational procedures, and other process guides for the professional services.
  • Checking Professional Services content and documents for finding discrepancies and keeping them relevant and up to date with our process and/or product changes.
  • Assist to support the Service Operations team on level of effort (LOE) estimations as part of the contract requests.

 

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of at least 0-2 years in operations, marketing, learning or development
  • Hands on knowledge of Google Suite 
  • You will also go through Ivalua’s certification process to learn the Product.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, master’s degree in communication or business area

Soft Skills :

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and propose new ideas.
  • Ability to tailor excellent presentations and have effective communications and problem-solving skills.
  • Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with executives.
