As a member of a team providing services to EUSPA you will be providing support, and you will have the following responsibilities:
- Support the activities of the EUSPA PRS Point of Contact and of the PRS Information Officer;
- Support to the analysis, review and update of the EUSPA’s access to PRS and PRS Information management baseline according to the different phases of the implementation of the internal organization of the EUSPA PRS Point of contact;
- Support to the review, analysis and update of the security-related documentation, classified or not, linked to the implementation of the EUSPA PRS Point of Contact and to the management of PRS items and information in the Agency and in its procurements and contracts;
- Support to the implementation of the policies, processes and procedures related to the management of EUSPA PRS access, PRS Information management and EUSPA PRS Point of Contact operations;
- Support to formal reviews and internal auditing – i.e. implementation of the processes and procedures for the management of EUSPA PRS access, PRS Information management (including PRS Need-to-Know) and PRS Point of Contact operations;
- Support to the risk management and incident management linked to EUSPA PRS Point of Contact classified activities;
- Support the Agency in the provision of technical support to the EC and to the PRS participants for what concerns PRS information, as need be;
- Support the Agency’s Local Security and Central Security offices in the implementation of the PRS need-to-know for the distribution of classified documentation (for example by assessing the PRS category and the PRS marking);
- Develop, provide and maintain the regular training and awareness sessions (and related material) about PRS information management for the Agency staff and for the departmental PRS Point of Contacts;
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Bachelor’s in IT/ engineering or a relevant discipline;
- Knowledge of security policies, processes, and regulations related to classified information management;
- Experience with risk management, threat analysis, and incident response;
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
