The Role

As a Provisioning Specialist you will be responsible for provisioning completed customer contracts and configuration of customer instances. Your day to day will include being part of the sales order cycle and working closely with our fast-paced Go-to-Market and Contract teams to ensure that customer orders are provisioned quickly and accurately. You’re somebody who not only understands the needs of our business, but also understands the needs of our customers and does what it takes to make sure they’re set up for success.

Location: This position is in Mexico City.

Your Daily Adventures Will Incude

  • Provisioning customer seats and configuring customer instances in accordance with contracts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving support tickets according to established guidance
  • Reconciling customer system configuration against contracts
  • Building and running reports to show consistency between customer configuration and contracts
  • Building and maintaining process documentation for all instance management and seat provisioning related workflows
  • Coordination and communication with Go to Market teams to understand process issues and drive consistency
  • Partnering with Sales and Product & Engineering to continuously improve and automate workflows

  • You enjoy documenting and optimization of processes
  • You have strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams
  • You can identify broken process and facilitate clean up
  • You are comfortable escalating to leadership as needed
  • SaaS contract and account maintenance experience would be preferred but not mandatory
  • 2 years of experience with order processing and provisioning workflows would be preferred but not mandatory
  • You have ideally used remote working tools such as Zoom and Slack
  • Proven experience with process improvement would be preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven experience with auditing and reconciliation of data would be preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiar with Salesforce would be preferred but not mandatory
