Salary: DOE with Minimum £22,308.00 per annum
Location: Full time office working - Nelson
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00-17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)
The Provisioning Coordinator, working specifically as a Cease Coordinator is responsible for ceasing services on supplier portals and internal systems in line with defined processes and procedures
Responsibilities
- Managing tasks within a given SLA
- Managing various cease queues based on product
- Ceasing on various supplier portals
- Updating internal systems with complete notes and if need be follow up actions
- Providing updates internally and to customers via SMS, telephone & email
- Work as part of the team with all required workflows
- Liaise with suppliers for escalations for cease orders that become "stuck" for a variety of reasons and manage through to satisfactory completion
- Update assets and billing items where needed
- Follow all procedures and deliver high level customer service for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Work towards set KPI’s, goals and objectives.
- Ensure all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
- Provide a great call experience for our customers, following DPA guidelines and best practice
- Continuous learning around new processes and about Daisy products
- Previous experience of working on IT Systems
- Eye for detail able to work systematically and follow defined processes
- Ability to manage own workload & work well as part of a wider team
- Previous experience of Microsoft packages
- A ‘can do’ and positive attitude towards work and personal development
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
