About the Role

SonderMind is seeking to hire a Provider Success Coach to deliver superior support to our Providers as they begin their journey with SonderMind. Provider Success Coaches will support providers as they complete onboarding activities, successfully activate and grow as a member of our group by conveying value and driving adoption of SonderMind’s tools, resources, community, and programs.

As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about teamwork and building relationships, energized by helping others, and you haven proven experience successfully supporting sales and account management activities. This team at Sondermind will work closely with stakeholders across the organization working to drive successful provider onboarding and sustained performance projects that promote Provider durability.

What you will do

  • Work directly with Providers post sale to ensure successful completion of all onboarding, activation and practice growth activities such as:
    • Monitor and facilitate successful provider training
    • Coordinate with Credentialing Task Force regarding provider credentialing
    • Establish Provider profile (flag any missing components to provider)
    • Enable provider and ensure they are able to accept new client matches
    • Coach provider to first session and beyond
  • Support clinicians to help drive incremental revenue:
    • Maintain less than 10% Provider Churn in Onboarding
    • Support daily provider activities to clear roadblocks and ensure successful session growth per provider ultimately leading to a speedy completion of Onboarding and long term growth
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with our Account Executive team (Provider Recruitment),
  • Credentialing Task Force, and Customer Support to ensure an optimal provider journey is experienced

Who you are 

Skills, experience and education that is needed for this person to be able to succeed in this role:

  • 1 - 3 years in a SaaS Sales and Account Management support function (required)
  • Self-starter, takes initiative and adapts to changing demands
  • Brings a positive attitude and energy to work every day
  • Superior attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills to guide our providers who may be experiencing organizational or technical issues
  • You know your way around the Microsoft suite
  • Experience with a CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiar with employee onboarding processes (training, payroll, etc.)

Preferred Experience 

  • Experience working for a high growth company 
  • Healthcare experience preferred

The anticipated salary range for this role will be $45,000-$55,000.  This role is also eligible for performance based bonus incentives.
