Provider Engagement & Operations Associate

The Provider Engagement & Operations Associate is dedicated to managing all operational and engagement aspects for our providers globally. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and high-quality service delivery within our provider network. The new hire will support APAC and EU based providers, handling tasks such as email inquiries, provider onboarding, community initiatives, and localization efforts.

Provider Engagement:

  • Handle provider-related inquiries to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Support hiring and oversee onboarding processes for new providers, ensuring a seamless integration into the network.
  • Organize and facilitate provider gatherings and supervision sessions to foster a sense of community and continuous professional development.

Quality Assurance and SOP Management:

  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials to ensure providers have the resources they need.
  • Monitor provider performance and session data to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Operational Support:

  • Assist with the deployment of providers for specific on-site or ad hoc requests.
  • Support commercial events, client delivery, and other initiatives as needed.
  • Handle localization tasks, particularly for Japanese providers, to ensure all materials are appropriately adapted.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated efforts and effective service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of new processes to enhance provider experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years related experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in community management, event coordination, or a related role.
  • Comfortable using data software and updating documentation.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle inquiries and manage issues proactively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in data monitoring and management.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to support various tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Open to India and Philippine based candidates.
  • Open to a flexible working schedule including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
