A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of a Facilities Project Manager at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
 
This role is responsible for coordinating and leading all construction, renovation, and remodeling projects across all Iowa Clinic locations including meeting with internal stakeholders and developing a project scope, soliciting price quotes, reviewing and presenting quotes to stakeholders and overseeing the projects for quality, budget and timeliness.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in project management required; working knowledge of accounting/finance principals preferred.
