- Conduct Property Tours: Schedule and show potential tenants available units, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Assist with Maintenance: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and ensuring properties are in good condition.
- Manage Landscaping: Assist with basic landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep of the grounds.
- Oversee Trash Removal: Ensure trash and recycling are properly managed and the property remains clean and tidy.
- Run Errands: Handle various errands related to property management, including picking up supplies or coordinating with vendors.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager and Finance VP.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform light physical labor, including landscaping and minor repairs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
