Property Consultant (Sales)

At KAIZEN Asset Management Services, a friendly and innovative property management firm in the heart of Dubai, we’re on the lookout for a bubbly and motivated Property Consultant to join our awesome sales team. If you have a passion for real estate and a knack for making connections, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Property Consultant, you'll be the go-to person for clients looking for their dream property. You’ll get to showcase our fantastic residential and commercial spaces, understand what our clients need, and guide them through the entire sales journey. This isn't just about closing deals—it's about building lasting relationships and ensuring every client feels valued.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients through various channels—referrals, networking events, and online platforms!
  • Understand and assess your clients' needs, and present them with properties that match their desires.
  • Conduct fun and engaging property tours, highlighting all the fantastic features of our homes and offices.
  • Negotiate sales agreements that work for both you and your clients and help wrap up deals smoothly.
  • Keep an eye on the market to stay informed about property values and trends—not just for yourself, but to share with your clients!
  • Build real relationships with your clients, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
  • Collaborate with our creative marketing team on initiatives to attract more clients and promote our stunning properties.
  • Stay updated on best practices in the industry to continue growing in your role.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field would be great!
  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role is a plus but if you’re a quick learner, we want you too!
  • A good understanding of the local real estate market is helpful to give your clients the best advice.
  • You have excellent communication skills and love connecting with different people.
  • Sales and negotiation skills are key; let’s help you shine!
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to finding new leads and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must!
  • A valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE would be a bonus!
