We are now hiring a Property Compliance Coordinator to join our FAMILY in Grand Rapids, Michigan! This person will assist the Asset Management Team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to property management and property acquisition.

What we are offering:                  
  • Pay starts at $60,000/Year
  • Yearly raises up to 5%

  • 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM Monday-Friday DREAM SCHEDULE!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Internal Inspection Manager on all related / overlapping activities
  • Monitor, respond to, and help site teams prepare for lender activity, by but not limited to: Reviewing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of schedule 6s, various agreements,
    invoices, reports, and audits
  • Clarifying questions or challenges with input from lenders and leadership teams as needed
  • Coordinating with regional and asset team leadership to set project priorities and deadlines,
    communicating proactively and often
  • Driving timely execution of deadlines and important benchmarks
  • Tracking project progress and driving real time troubleshooting
  • Managing all necessary recordkeeping and delivering evidence of completion to lender
  • Establishing and evaluating standards, processes, and protocols; implementing changes as
    needed to improve
  • Hold vendors and service providers accountable to performance standards, contracts, and agreements
  • Build models to track and monitor general performance, progress towards initiative goals, and to enable critical decision-making
  • Propose, develop, drive, troubleshoot, and evaluate other projects and initiatives to add value
  • Consistent and sustained adherence to Monarch Professional Behavioral Standards
  • Additional assignments and projects as needed
  • Assist in preparation of reports
  • Various data entry projects

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted):

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of job or internship experience in business, customer service, administrative or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Yardi experience in strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
