Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees in 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a E-commerce Promotions Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Setting of benefits in app such as vouchers, free shipping, promo codes
  • Reporting and analysis of online incentives
  • Test-running incentives and iterations of such driven by obtained results
  • Close coordination with tech teams to ensure benefits delivery for all users
  • Cross team communication

Requirements

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • At least one-year working experience in ecommerce platform or online business operation. 
  • Organized, structured and result-driven, strong in project management and data analysis. 
  • Strong communication skill, able to work with and manage various stakeholders. 
  • Proficient command of Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Feel comfortable working in English-speaking environment. 
  • Spanish: C2 level

This is a Hybrid position in Madrid (Monday to Thursday work from office and Friday work from home) so candidates must be located in Madrid area.
