- Develop and coordinate promotional campaign plans, including all briefs, on the company's software.
- Create and present monthly promotional decks for 4 brands, delivering them to internal and external teams.
- Approve all design packs related to your promotions.
- Write and approve all copy, terms, and conditions for your promotions.
- Oversee the setup of bonus templates, game contexts, and leaderboards to ensure promotions are ready for launch.
- Collaborate with marketing teams during the planning stages of promotional campaigns to align strategies and maximize player engagement.
- Work with CRM teams to ensure the correct promotional and fulfilment messaging is sent to segmented player groups.
- Partner with product teams to develop robust marketing plans for new game launches.
- Analyse daily retention game performance and produce weekly stats for the trading meeting.
- Publish promotions on the site and remove them when completed.

- Have experience (academic and professional) within the gaming industry.
- Possesse experience working with back-office systems such as IMS and VF is highly desired (but not essential)
- Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience within a promotions/marketing team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills
- Possess great knowledge within Excel and Power BI.
- Have a high level of English language proficiency and grammar.
